“I recently watched the two episodes regarding Sleep Health with Dr. Allison Harvey. I found these episodes very interesting and informative!! As someone very interested in bettering my sleep schedules and habits, learning more of the psychology behind it as well as treatment for disorganized sleep really caught my attention. Dr. Allison Harvey in these episodes provides a plethora of information and insight to her passion of sleep health. In the first episode, I was surprised by the suggested sleep hours that she mentioned. Especially as a young adult whom she suggests should get some of the most sleep at at least 8.5 hours compared to my average of 4-5 hours. This podcast is a great listen for anyone interested and these two episodes are especially great for those interested in mental and physical health effects from sleep. :)”
