It’s not going to happen over night, but this podcast has helped regain my sanity. I’ve been listening now for about 6 to 8 months and it’s helped me gain the confidence to try to reclaim my life and my happiness from a toxic relationship of 20+ years.

I looked for info on passive aggressive people. A lot on narcissism and this hijackel word. What’s all the noise in the background? Sounds like pots and pans or nail filing. Very distracting. Pls work on your technical production. Thank you
