Well made, but surface level information at best
The hosts are charismatic and it’s an easy listen podcast. However, Dr. Sydnee will often speak confidently about topics in which she clearly has no expertise or sufficient research. This podcast is great if you don’t have any medical or biological background, but don’t quote the information you hear in it, as much of it is incomplete or inaccurate.
