During his early career, Drew gained a plethora of experience in the field of rugby league coaching, before making the switch to becoming a headteacher, at Harrop Fold School, famously known for starring in “Educating Yorkshire”. The leadership expert and author now spends his time sharing his experiences and learnings, through delivering workshops and mental skills sessions to sports teams, coaches, businesses and entrepreneurs.
