Along with the always intelligent insights there's some very specific and simple suggestions from each podcast that you can stick in your drop bag and get on the trails with straight away. I’m training for my second marathon, and even through a single episode, I learned more about the relationship between heart rate and endurance than I did the whole time I was training for my first 26.2 mile race.
