A slightly informative podcast with a staunch bias
I subscribe to 6 different SCOTUS/legal theory podcasts that have varying degrees of critical analysis and political leanings. SCOTUS 101 is easily the most bias of them all. The host and guests rarely present a balanced, charitable analysis of the topics up for discussion, and they use loaded political language to describe those with which they disagree without giving equal treatment to those on the opposite side of the ideological spectrum. Perhaps I shouldn't expect anything more from the Heritage Foundation. I’ll continue to subscribe for the time being because I like to be aware of how each side approaches the pertinent legal questions of the time. But I don’t think I’ll ever be able to listen with ease for want of fair discourse.Read full review »
