From Non-Movers to Movers: The Seven Movements Mission
Listen now
Description
Dan Tatton and John Sinclair are the co-founders of Seven Movements. We talk about their innovative approach to making non-movers into movers.  Their platform aims to make fitness accessible to those who feel alienated by traditional fitness models through 'microdosing' movement, focusing on small, manageable exercises that can significantly enhance mobility, and long term health. Starting from personal training backgrounds, Dan and John developed Seven Movements to invite non-movers into the world of fitness by addressing common barriers and tailoring exercises to everyday activities and affinities, such as gardening. Their program, backed by research and adaptable to individual needs through an intuitive platform, represents a shift towards more inclusive and psychologically attuned fitness practices. The discussion also highlights opportunities for health and fitness professionals to join the movement as ambassadors, expanding the impact of micro-dosing movement to reach a wide audience, including those in senior living communities and various workplaces.
