I was raised 4th generation Adventist although I am not baptized. I am currently calling into question the beliefs of the Adventist church. I thoroughly enjoyed your episode with Miles and would love to hear more from people like him. You guys seem kind of wishy washy on EGW. Either you believe...Read full review »

The hosts aren’t afraid to tackle tough and taboo topics, but always with a level of care. The honesty and openness is refreshing. Though the discussions are generally of a more serious nature, the guys are constantly lightening the mood with goofy humor.

Not a great interview. I do appreciate that the tone was pleasant and light. The hosts were honest enough to say that they didn’t want to be “confrontational”. Unfortunately, the hosts failed to even effectively frame question or press into the substantive issues. The post discussion (without...Read full review »

Episodes are too long — can you boil it down to the 45 minute mark or less ? With so many good podcasts and content to listen to, I end up just skipping these for something shorter and more digestible.

I so appreciate the fact that you aren’t afraid to be honest and ask the hard questions, which many of us boomers thought about, but wouldn’t dare bring up! I was raised in a legalistic SDA culture and am finally, in my 60s, getting to know and love Jesus and His beautiful character. I love my...Read full review »

I’ve been really blessed hearing these young men discuss issues in Christianity and Adventism. Their insights are refreshing and so helpful.

The kind of dialogue I always wanted to hear in Sabbath School but never had. I’ve only listened to one episode and already I’m hooked.

This is such a refreshing and needed SDA podcast covering important topics. I was raised SDA and am still SDA, though I’ve become increasingly frustrated with Christianity as a whole as I’ve gotten older, due to various reasons—hypocrisy, frequent support of political leaders who claim...Read full review »

So a wee bit o’ background. I was raised SDA in of all hellish places for that to happen, Utah. Conservative-ish…but not overly so. Then I entered the “party school” of WWC, and because parties were more fun than church, tossed the baby out with the bath water. I’m firmly convinced that had I...Read full review »

There, now I’ve cancelled out that other review. I think a 90 minute goal plus or minus a dozen or so minutes is totally fine! There is a lot to unpack, and 4 or more people to discuss it, I love what you all have to say and how each host brings it all together by the end.

Listen, I'm a Spotify user. I downloaded the apple podcast app specifically to leave a review. This is my favorite podcast and contrary to the review that was left about them talking too long, I'd personally prefer the episodes to be longer. The content is great, the topics are relevant,...Read full review »

I love listening to these young ministry leaders sharing their perspective on our church. Their friendship with each other and their love for our church always shines through. I find it insightful, informative, and a lot of the time pretty funny. These are needed conversations. My only criticism...Read full review »

Can you guys have him on again? As a 20-something millennial, I don’t relate to your seemingly progressive standpoint. The I did appreciate hearing Doug Batchelor on the most recent episode, though. God is using him in big ways! It seemed like you guys were purposely trying to throw him some...Read full review »

Now I know how a good contextual, content rich, Christian podcast sounds like. And the way u, guys make the Church(Adventist) doctrines relatable is just wholesome.

I just discovered you. And I don’t even remember how. But I’m glad I did. Thank you so much for starting this podcast. These are the kinds of conversations we need at church.

I hadn’t realized until listening to this podcast how starved I had been for hearing other young Adventists talk intelligently and respectfully about issues within the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. I really appreciate what y’all are doing.

These guys always were leaders and questioning the status quo. Glad to see them having the tough situations.

I appreciate the honesty and diligence these young men are seeking for answers to hard questions. Hard questions that we have failed our youth many times on. Hard questions we may never have answers for; but to talk about them and create communication is a gift that we are given with this...Read full review »

How did I not find this earlier! So good, love to hear well thought out opinions on these topics. I literally listened to all 3 episodes straight. Good stuff!

The only thing keeping me from giving this a five out of five is that it could be better if more homework was done on the topic before discussing it. If we have opinions without data then they are just that...opinion with no backbone. Accurate data is what moves one from merely having an opinion...Read full review »
