Thank you for the Honest Conversation
The only thing keeping me from giving this a five out of five is that it could be better if more homework was done on the topic before discussing it. If we have opinions without data then they are just that...opinion with no backbone. Accurate data is what moves one from merely having an opinion to having a discusion that has the power to bring change. That being said I felt that the comments made on the issues facing our Church were balanced. Seeing the comittment to staying apart of the Church and focusing on the local mission is encouraging. You guys are doing a great work for God just by having the honest and open conversation even when you don't have all the facts. So by all means keep discusiing. Keep sharing opinions and keep encouraging people to serve at the local level with Jesus in their hearts. I am proud to be a colleague of all of you. Even if you all are out of compliance. I love you all and know you are true servants of Jesus. That is all that matters. Oh no wait am I out of compliance if I love and support you even though you are out of compliance...oh no...the Bible says to love you but this document seems to suggest to love you and associate with you only if you are in comliance...boy this is confusing follow Jesus or follow a document...hmmmmmRead full review »
