I love this podcast and love listening to an episode as I go to sleep, but then super loud abrupt music at the end startles time and I can’t sleep afterwards

I have been listing for a long time. I wasn't too sad to see Jess exit - she seemed to mostly ramble about random irrelevant things and Kate is a lot more introspective. There is some good content here but the clicking noise from Kates end drives me crazy and I can’t really listen anymore. I...Read full review »

Longtime fan of the pod. I love you guys but PLEASE someone check the audio quality. For the last few episodes it sounds like someone is drumming their fingers on the microphone or something — the latest episode is nearly unlistenable.

This is the podcast I discovered during the holidays (way back in 2019) and it has been such a great one to listen to weekly during the nightmare of the past 2 years. Was interested in what I was hearing until one of the hosts started to mock therapists who refer to marijuana as a gateway drug. If you are going to talk about recovery, choose your words carefully and stay in your lane. What you say or infer can have destructive results for someone else. ...Read full review »

I listened to you although I’m at least a decade older than you. I related and felt comfortable. But then you had to get political and disclose your liberal ideas. Jes & Kate knock it out of the part. The my normalize a sober lifestyle so you don’t feel like “I’m in recovery” but instead it’s a lifestyle choice that can be normal.
