It is heartbreaking that Connie passed soon after we taped this episode. She was a fierce force, wrapped in Southern charm, who did more for songwriters and Nashvillians than anyone realizes. Truly, one of the kindest people in the music business. A power manager who represents Kenny Chesney, Old Dominion, Carly Pierce and Brantley Gilbert among others, Clint is one of the most respected men in Nashville. What a life! From Playboy Magazine to concert promoter Bill Graham to TV personality Dick Cavett and then Columbia Records in NY, Bonnie was an integral link for women in the record business. She was one of the first female A&R reps and was in “the room” for Bruce Springsteen’s label audition. Daughter of Grand Ole Opry Star George Morgan (“Candy Kisses”), Lorrie Morgan spent every weekend of her childhood in the wings of the Opry House observing the craft of country's finest and brightest.  She was one of the breakout stars of the country boom period in the late 80s, scoring numerous hits and awards. And, you better believe she has stories to share.  She was married to country legend Keith Whitley up until his tragic death and later married and divorced country star Sammy Kershaw....

Michael Campbell could almost be considered one of the Shady Ladies, sharing office space and projects for the last 30 years. Michael managed now retired country star Ricky Van Shelton throughout his career, worked at CBS Records interacting with Willie, George Jones, Tammy Wynette and dozens more.
