Leah’s compassionate and easy-to-understand breakdown on how to live as intuitive eater is nothing short of radical. If you are looking for relief and encouragement in your endless struggle with food/body, you’re in the right place.

The most beautiful human and her work empowers and fosters you to look within and go deeper than you have before to find yourself within you. The “you” that has been suppressed or ignored that uses coping techniques that aren’t serving you anymore. I cannot recommend it enough!
