Can't fault the guy on his mental aproach.
Mostly an advertising vehicle for Skip's products, but for fanatical body-builders theres the odd usefull bit of advice in there. There also seems to be an issue with the feed where it keeps downloading episodes I've already listened to which is a bit annoying and has never happened with any of my other podcasts.

Skip pointlessly rambles for at least 10 minutes for talking about the topic, then speaks on topic for 2 minutes, then rambles for another 10-15 minutes. I tried to listen to multiple podcast, but it was painful. Too bad he is such a horrible speaker because he has a ton of knowledge.
