Good presentation, with little substance.
At first listen, this podcast would seem to be an objective look at current events. The problem is that when issues are discussed that I am already familiar with, it becomes evident that these are very much opinion pieces disguised as philosophical discussions, with the intention of leading the listener to a preconceived viewpoint. There is no critical thought going on here, just pandering to facts that support one viewpoint while disregarding any facts that dont. I guess thats what editorials are, but also why I dont like them - its NOT journalism. Im not trying to paint this as a political thing, sometimes I agree with their viewpoint, sometimes not - but I cant help but notice the lack of objectivity, and dont like being spoon fed opinions, I can make up my own mind thank you. Ultimately, it just bugged me enough that I canned this one - and I cant say that I really miss it.

An eclectic collection of short and witty articles that are sure to give you some new trivial bit of knowledge each day. Most articles are articulately read by Andy Bowers.
