This is the second of 4 Get Back To Sleep recordings, designed to help you drift back off to sleep if you have woken up in the night. Often when we have anxiety we can wake up, for what we feel is no reason, but this recording will guide you to gently and slowly count back from 100 and settle you back into a deep and dreamy sleep
PLEASE READ THIS FIRST before settling down to fall asleep.
If you wake in the night:
· Resolve what has woken you up
· Keep lights off, but use a light if you need to leave your bed
· Keep eyes closed unless leaving your bed
· Don’t check the time
· If you’re still awake after 20 minutes go to another room and do something boring for a while and then return to bed when you’re ready to sleep again
