“I started listening to this podcast a couple years when I was having trouble sleeping. I enjoy the length of them, the time of voice. Since I’ve been listening, I fall asleep much easier-within 10 mins. I’ve started to listen to morning meditations and using shorter ones as a meditation after work to de-stress. I really enjoy this podcast and will continue to listen! Would recommend for anyone.”
