“I first heard Jessica Porter’s Sleep Hypnosis on Sleepiest- but I couldn’t afford to keep both that and Pillow. I’ve tried countless other sleep meditations, hypnosis or sound waves and nothing could keep my mind clear enough to relax and let myself sleep while also occupied enough to not get distracted!
I listened to Hypnosis for Pain so much it stopped working for me since I knew every word 😅 but having this podcast with weekly updates gives me new ones to listen to that I don’t already know all the words to yet which allows me to stay engaged, and Jessica’s voice is so familiar now it relaxes me!
I would love to hear some manifestations!
every single night I tell myself “I am happy, I am healthy, I am loved, I am safe” over and over and it really helps me feel less anxious! something like that would be a super helpful addition to an already wonderful sleep podcast!
