“I hate to rate a podcast so low because I recognize that they mean well, but I had been trying to sleep all night, and was just about there until this podcast came on. Volume was immediately louder than the other sleep podcasts I had been playing, and the voices were not relaxing or calm. I only got 25% of the way into the podcast before I had to turn it off and remove it from my playlist entirely, as it was waking me up even more (even after I turned the volume down). The host voice was very energetic to me, which would be great in anything other kind of podcast; but when I’m fighting to get to sleep I need softer, more sedate energy. I might try this podcast again as something for before bed, but this is not a good podcast for a sleep playlist. I would not recommend for insomniacs.”
