Having a chat with friends.
I subscribed to the Australian Writers Centre ages ago, and look forward to each podcast. As soon as the AWC (Australian Writers Centre) newsletter hits my inbox, I'm off to the kitchen, once I have a coffee in hand, its feet up and have a good read. Once that's devoured, (both coffee and newsletter) I download and listen to the latest podcast. It's not only inspiring but I've learnt so much. Further, I feel like I'm sitting listening into my friends conversation. I get to laugh out loud at times as well. I'm addicted. Learning new things has never been so entertaining. I do wish the girls would get headset microphones though, as the sound goes up and down dependent on who's on and how far away from the mic they are. One may be close, and the other maybe further away, so my finger is on the volume control - which makes it interesting if/when you're also trying to take notes. Lol. Keep up the great work ladies.Read full review »

More reviews of So You Want to be a Writer
I only subscribe to three podcasts and this is one of them. It’s well worth a listen if you’ve ever entertained the thought of becoming a writer. I enjoy the interviews and the little tips Valerie and Allison give about making a career out of wrangling words. More please!
