Today, I’d like to share some productivity tips to help you ditch some bad habits. In the past few months, I’ve been appearing on several podcasts and the topic of choice has been bad habits that are ruining your productivity. I’ll cover 3 of them today, and next week I’ll talk about the other three. My hope for you today is to have a heart check and be honest with yourself. Are you repeating these bad habits on a daily basis? If so, I encourage you to take ACTION this week and put new habits into practice. Practice is the key word here. First, it’s all about awareness. Then it’s daily practice. Trust me, I still catch myself falling back into some bad habits, but once you start practicing and taking daily action, it’s easier to catch the bad ones and refocus yourself.
