About Charmaine Lee:
Charmaine Lee is an Embodied Leadership Coach and Breathwork teacher who helps others reconnect to their resourcefulness and wellbeing through Conscious Breathing. Her own journey of deep struggle with overdoing, anxiety and burnout led Charmaine down a path of transformation that inspires how she supports others in discovering the healing power of their breath as an inner compass to greater health and joy.
Beyond her passion for the art and science of conscious breathing, she draws on previous careers in adult learning and leadership development. From indigenous communities in Guatemala to the halls of Parliament Hill, Charmaine is a skilled facilitator, teacher and coach who connects compassionately with others, and inspires a sense of safety and deep insight. An adventurous and curious soul, she has explored over 45 countries around the globe including spending some of the most exciting years of her life living and working in Latin America and the Caribbean.
In the age of busy and burnout, as an advanced Breathwork practitioner Charmaine now helps people dissolve stress and anxiety, heal the body-mind and reconnect to their authentic joy. She lives in Fergus, Ontario, Canada with her partner Dyan, beloved chihuahua Coal and Zoey the yorkie.
