She says aging is not an illness. We all go through it if we’re lucky.   -- Aimée Foreman is CEO of SilverMark which is an advisory group that helps aging care leaders makes decisions for greater impact on better quality of life. Her company re-defines what is possible in serving older adults. She and I have a deep conversation on what she believes caring for aging adults should look like.  -- The greatest obstacles to aging well are: Loneliness, helplessness and boredom. The antidotes to those are connection, purpose and meaningful contribution.
