Thanks to the team that make this available. It's been a valuable tool in my toolbox for several years now. I've lost track of all the inspiring directions the interviews have sent me, to check a book, watch a video, listen to some music, and more. A beacon in troubling times, both from a societal perspective, and as an individual. More than a beacon, too: a steady companion. I have earnestly recommended Insights at the Edge to many friends, and when someone shares that they've already heard about it my spirit soars! This is one of the most in depth collections of interviews that focus on mindfulness and lots of other alternative life strategies and wisdom. Tami is a brilliant interviewer.
