The Mental Health Road Trip?!
Listen now
Description
It's happening! A few months ago I put together a meet up, a small event for people to come to London to meet me personally but to also talk about mental health. To give mental health the voice it needs right now. Over 30 people showed up, but a lot couldn't make it... I had messages from people asking me to come to their home town, and I randomly suggested a road trip where I come to meet as many people as possible. That random idea has now been executed, and tomorrow (Thursday 27th September) I jump into my car, ready to drive over 1300 miles around the UK in 5 days to meet and have as many conversations about mental health as possible. It's going to be tiring, overwhelming at times, but hopefully it's going to inspire. So far, it looks like they'll be over 150 conversations on the way... In this episode I announce the schedule, and it would be great to see some of you!
