Great, relevant content
This podcast is my go-to for content when trying to improve my abilities as a coach and athlete. Most physiological questions that surround the functional fitness have been addressed and offer great, realistic solutions. The Instagram page is as great a resource, and explores all of the same ideas. Dr. Horschig has great guests but also gives a good show solo.

Excellent and scientifically based content. This is the real stuff everybody in weightlifting and other sports should be learning about. English is not my first language, but Dr. Horschig is easy to understand and so professional. I’ve learned so much in only a few weeks!
