A must listen
Great content, and a benefit for any individual with an injury or movement issue regardless of training status. I come from an endurance background, football (soccer) and marathon running who had a hip issue which limited my physical activity for 4 years. Found this podcast, blog and YouTube channel, now back training, but more importantly when I have any problems, I know how to manage it better.

Whether you are an athlete or not, the show will be super helpful for you! Aaron does an amazing job breaking down fundamental movements that can help with rehabilitating injuries, or preventing them in the first place. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough!
