Dr. Aaron Horschig is an inspiration to everyone who comes across his Insta page and Podcast series. He explores topics in a way both fitness professionals and the layman can understand and benefit from through application rather than scientific jargon. The podcasts are easy to listen to during your cardio workout, because they’re normally 20-60 minutes long. He discusses various points for improvement or understanding by himself as well as invites interesting, qualified, well-spoken professionals - such as Dr Stuart McGill - to weigh in on the conversation.
