“Ich höre jeden Podcast von Ihnen. Ich bin ein typisches Schattenkind. Dementsprechend lebe ich leider mein Leben. Ich habe katastrophale Beziehung aus denen ich mich immer kämpfen muss um auch stark für meine Kinder zu sein. Ich bin so erschöpft. Zu den Großteil meiner Familie hab ich den Kontakt abgebrochen, weil es mir nicht gut tut. Ich möchte endlich mal zur Ruhe kommen. Auf jedenfall höre ich sie und auch den „so bin ich eben“ sehr gern und versuche es anzunehmen. Denn Psycholog. Therapien findet man nicht. Danke”
