Every once in a while we take a look back at those classic 90s/2000s romcoms and are reminded how familiar they all feel, but for this one....it gets weird. Like, this movie is kind of weird and we can't believe it came out 27 years ago.

We've finally reached the point in our dystopian world that the Squid Games are REAL, so of course we had to watch them and talk about how absolutely unhinged they are.

We've delved into the world of Scott Pilgrim before, but we all couldn't wait for its newest installment in the form of an anime. While it might not seem like a new addition to the series could survive without much Scott actually in it, we all realized (spoiler alert) it's actually better that way maybe?

The whole basis for this episode came from Sydnee calling Rileigh "very much a Sally," and Rileigh (having no idea what this meant) immediately had to watch this classic movie for the first time ever to see whether her big sister was roasting her or not. Also just because she's a Virgo DOES NOT MEAN SHE'S HIGH MAINTENANCE, OKAY?

Out of all the people that could have introduced our siblings to this teen lesbian fight club movie, somehow it was their dad, but they're really glad he discovered it because they can't get enough.

This week, Teylor brought his sisters an album that is just perfect for a cold weekend in December, and we hope you think so too!

Well, the day his finally arrived. We've all hinted at our never-ending and undying love for a certain hunky cartoon fox before, but now we're finally dedicating an entire episode to him.

The day has once again arrived where Taylor Swift releases (or rereleases) a new album and Rileigh has a perfect excuse to make her siblings listen to it. This time, it's finally time to listen to Rileigh's FAVORITE album and all the tea that comes along with it.

We present to you a belated celebration of spooky season to dive into one of the most underrated spooky season films of the last generation!

It's not often that our eldest Smirl siblings can bring something to the table that Rileigh never even knew existed...but boy Sydnee certainly hit the mark there this week. Also, are gnomes scary? Are they threatening us? WHAT DO THEY WANT?

As a 23 year old teenage girl, Rileigh is obviously the key demographic for Olivia Rodrigo's angry-pop-rock-girl music, and we can't wait to dive right into her newest album.

Though admittedly this movie was far from any of our childhoods, it's become part of a meaningful holiday tradition for Teylor, so it merits a whole episode!

Not only does Rileigh get to share one of her favorite twenty-something teenage girl artists with her siblings this week, but she gets to teach them ALL about the absolute biggest deal in American high school theatre: the JIMMY'S.

We had planned on talking about Jimmy and his music in our next episode, but with the news of his passing, we found it difficult to talk about much else this week than the man whose music has brought our family together for decades. We got a little emotional this week, but join us as we take a trip through not only our favorite Jimmy songs, but our favorite Jimmy memories from a life full of them.
