I started listening to this podcast a few months ago, and between this and Rachel’s book, “Why Can’t I Drink Like Everyone Else?” I’ve learned some important things about my drinking. Rachel neutralizes alcohol and allows you to examine your drinking habits without shame. If you don’t like how much you drink, but don’t think you need AA, this podcast and Rachel’s book are a great place to start.
