Extremely Relatable
Learning about Rachel’s “off switch” being broken and her gin and tonic love hooked me. This podcast has been a life saver, literally. I never thought I had a problem with drinking, until recently when I woke up and my husband was so fed up, divorce was talked about. I have been alcohol free three months now and I feel so much better! Life has been better and these podcast have navigated me through the challenges that come with taking a break. I happily partake in mocktails or water at parties and still have a great time. I live by Rachel’s words and appreciate this podcast so much!

More reviews of Take a Break from Drinking
Rachel so articulately delivers her concepts that I have honestly been able to completely change my perspective about taking a break from drinking without a lot of emotion. Her message resonates with me and I have been a drinker for 30 years! Thank you Rachel for the work that you do :-)

I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to take back control of his or her life, and to do it via this concrete step of taking a break. Give it a chance! Rachel's judgement-free attitude and her storytelling gift make for a wonderful listen.Read full review »
