My ADHD doesn’t space out!
1. I really love her personality, it’s positive without being fake. 2. I REALLY like that the episodes are all around 20 minutes because it keeps me tuned in. Other mental health podcasts can be an hour or longer and before I know it, I realize I haven’t been listening for the past however many minutes. 3. The information is ACTUALLY HELPFUL! I’ve gotten away from taking care of myself because I’ve been so focused on taking care of others, and this is the perfect podcast to get back into caring about ME. Love it, sent it to my friends.

Like others here, I’m struggling. Tried online therapy, in person… not clicking. These shorts have helped me so much and I’ve stopped listening to go nowhere podcasts and I’m going through these and loving them. Thank you Rebecca. These have helped me more than you’ll ever know
