It’s been a few week of social media madness, and I am so glad I could let myself settle before sharing with you, as always, my transparent heart and growth through what could be seen as a “negative” experience. I am so grateful for my somatic lessons lately and for my teachers, because to be able to transmute the experience of “they don’t like me or they don’t approve of my choices” is something I think so many women struggle with. Whether you are a birthing woman or a birth worker, you are going to meet resistance. You will be challenged in your power and tested to stand in your own light, even when there are shadows. I hope this share is helpful and nourishing to you all on your path.
