“I love Podcasts… I have ADHD… This is a Podcast about ADHD and it’s EXCELLENT! I’ve only been listening for a week or so, but I’ve digested about 20 or 30 of the episodes and I love it. Nikki has an huge bank of knowledge of skills/hacks that you can use to make your ADHD better. I’ve tried a one or two of the strategies and they seem to be working. Pete, he gives you the other side of the coin, the ADHD side… I love that he is up on tools and technology to help us ADHDers get the most out of life. I use my phone/tablet/computer to organize my life and Pete has given me some good tips on different apps/services to use. Thank you guys for making such a great podcast and you have made another loyal listener! (FYI, I love your podcast so much I didn’t even have to put a note in my to-do list to write this review… I just remembered. :))”
