Very Informative!
The episode with Dr. Michelle Frank really hit a nerve with me. Diagnosed inattentive adhd at 10, my son was misunderstood for years. Now at 15, I still cringe when thinking of all the negative experiences in school. Thank you for highlighting the impact of not being diagnosed or missed diagnosis. The frustration goes deep which can quickly turn to other issues such as anxiety or depression. As other experts have highlighted (Dr. Hallowell) treating the ADHD may often solve the anxiety the person feels since it is so connected. Thanks for all your good work on everything ADHD!

Just recently discovered this podcast, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I think even people without ADD/ADHD would benefit from this podcast, and enjoy it - they just seem so kind and excited, there are so many motivating and useful tips in each episode. Well worth a listen.
