“As someone who is recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I really struggled to listen to the first 5 mins of 1 episode. I lost interest at 4:26 seconds as the Ads were not capturing my attention in the podcast. I think a better structure that is ADHD friendly would help reach the intended audience. The beginning is a critical time of presenting information. Putting Ads at the beginning is not helpful as it doesn’t capture attention to even get to the information which I’m sure is excellent it’s just not presented in the best way to engage an audience with ADHD.”
