You need a sound engineer. The quality of the recordings is abysmal.

Very neat to be a part of these twos process! Par few weeks every episode has some audio issues, though.

But please slow-down. When I listen, I imagine you are talking while constantly peering over your shoulder to check a clock as you think, “I’m late!! I’m late!!” Wouldn’t it be better to instead slow-down and “savor” every word of these beautiful texts?

This podcast has helped my circle of friends learning DY so much. We all use it a little differently. I so appreciate the time and care that the hosts put in. I know it isn’t easy. The daf waits for no one!

This is an insightful and thoughtful take on the daily Daf. My only caveat is that the word “right” appears far to often and distracts from the Torah. I am continuing to listen because of the interesting points of viewed, but some days I just want to say “wrong”!

These are two smart, insightful and articulate scholars of Talmud! I can no longer imagine a day without them, and this has been life changing. Looking forward to a few thousand more dapim-- thank you so much

The ladies have great personalities and keep the listener entertained and educated. They are very engaging even at times when the subject is more mundane.

I love this Daf. I get an overall view of the Daf in a very clear and understandable podcast that helps me immensely to understand one of the longer and more advanced podcasts. Keep up the great work. God willing, I’ll be with you for the next 7 1/2 years!

What a pleasure to glean a portion of each day’s daf with these scholars. I’m thrilled they are part of my daily learning. Bonus: as women, they are doing their part to diversify the almost completely male voices commenting on the Talmud within the world of podcasts.

I’ve been enjoying this daily podcast tremendously. Anne and Yardena go through the daf and pick out an interesting and relevant issue to tease out each day. They are learned, thoughtful and good teachers. I listen without the daf in front of me, often when I’m walking. Great way to stay...Read full review »
