“I clicked on the Better help platform and was immediately signed up. I was struggling with my internet access and needed more support from Better Help. ( I needed a person to help me navigate their sight, for I am 83 years old.). After repeated inquires, I only got back programmed responses in my email. I decided to cancel my membership. It took me three months to get a refund for what had been taken out of my account. I see they are now being charged with giving out private information of clients who trusted the.
