“I started meditating First to try and manage the stress relating to the COVID pandemic. Now it’s a staple in my life. Weekly, aiming for daily practice. It has revolutionised my reflection and helps me in times of stress. I learnt the other day that stress cannot be avoided this is true but the affects of cumulative stress can be. I particularly like Tara Brach, I’m not so sure why. Tried others but keep coming back here.”
