Typically very good
I have listened for years now, but am noticing a subtle shift in tone by Tara. Not sure I will be journeying much more with her. The episode where you imagine a blackness going out from your heart was weird and not typical of the gentleness I am accustomed to from Tara.

More reviews of Tara Brach
This woman is a truly gifted communicator, able to articulate concepts that other speakers only dance around. As a long time and regular listener of Buddist podcasts, this is one of the best -- if not the best.

With a beautiful mix of academic lecture, stories, and short guided meditations, Ms Brach's Podcasts are a real joy to listen to. All five from the IMCW page and two from the Zencast page have taken up residence in my iPod. THANK YOU! Matt, Denver, CORead full review »

... but certainly the most compassionate Buddhist teacher and Buddhist podcast I have encountered during my search for podcasts that would help me meditate and understand Buddhism. And I have tried many.
