先跟大家預告～因為我的生產日開始倒數，從現在開始podcast會變成雙週更新，不過IG FB會持續更新（除非累到沒力氣使用手機），之後也會po一些母嬰用品的使用心得！歡迎大家來follow，也可以跟我說你想了解什麼項目。 懷孕前期很努力控制體重，到中後期的產檢，發現寶寶比較小隻，雖然說雙胞胎通常比單胞胎小隻，但還是覺得焦慮，決定放飛自我（？） 揪竟孕婦增加的體重會跟寶寶成正比嗎？若是刻意控制熱量、減重，是會增加低體重兒的機率 不過胎兒的體重主要跟胎盤功能相關，媽媽吃再多熱量與補品，能真正到胎兒身上的還是看胎盤，就別給自己過多壓力了 孕婦不小心胖太多，可能是因為：重口味、水果吃太多、零食甜食沒節制、油炸勾芡食物吃太多、動太少。 最重要的一點，就是主食類的控制，包括飯、麵、麵包等，不是完全不能吃，而是選擇GI值（升糖指數）較低的來吃最好，例如以糙米飯取代白米飯、法國麵包取代可頌或波蘿等等。 醫院護理師有建議我少量多餐，但是一直吃東西也覺得麻煩，就好好分配三餐、控制零食量。 不管有無懷孕，運動都是控制體重的好幫手！！ ✨本集節目重點： ✅孕期體重增加標準...
