Gold!
Loving this podcast! I’ve been coaching a CrossFit class for the 55+ age group and this info is so helpful! I’d love to see an episode about how to deal with joint pain when working out. When to push through, what to do to help, etc. This is a huge problem we run into in class! Thanks Dr. Matt!
