Today we're talking about Zone 2 training. Zone 2 training is  exercising at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. For example, if you are 50 years old, you would subtract 50 from 220 to get a maximum heart rate of 170 beats per minute with 60-70% being 102-119 beats per minute.
