“I’ve been following Adam on YouTube for some years now and his content is truly amazing! The first episode of this podcast is just as wonderful and enjoyable. I enjoyed getting to know the people behind Middle Eats, and Adam’s anecdotes and interesting bits of information here and there. I am especially looking forward to episodes that go into food science topics with more depth than the YouTube videos do. While it’s early to judge the course of the podcast and what it might become, I am generally looking forward to it developing, and recommend you follow Adam if you enjoy recipe ideas or learning more about the science behind food.”
