Ragusea vs everything
I enjoyed the first episode and the trailer, I am a fan of podcasts and a fan of Adam’s. I follow many chefs on YouTube as I’m sure most listeners do but I prefer the way Ragusea narrates, he has a magnetic cadence when speaking and it makes you feel welcome and engaged. I will happily enjoy a purely cooking podcast, however I would prefer a podcast about anything Adam is curious about because he’s obviously intelligent, curious and motivated to provide his fans with a quality product and I think it would be a shame to limit that to cooking. I don’t think interviewing fellow chefs is the play even though the networking could result in new material for everyone, I just find that boring. I personally think Adam is at his best when researching and dissecting a topic interesting to him. Thanks for reading, Andrew W.

Loved the first episode of the podcast, felt like a long video of yours. I didn't love the second one but that's just a taste thing, I can live with just skipping the movie review episodes.Read full review »
