Adam, I am extremely excited about this podcast. Your YouTube show has been invaluable to my growth as a home cook, and your personality is absolutely charming. I valued your transparency at the beginning of the first episode-owning up to your mess ups, especially when it’s a mess up that countless people have seen is telling of your character. I do have a question for you to consider answering on your podcast, but I understand completely if you do not want to approach this publicly: What are you religious beliefs, even if you have none, and what is your general take on religion? I know that this can be a very touchy subject, and religion (along with politics) tends to be very touchy, with offense taken at the simple mention... however, this podcast feels like the opportunity to get to know your personality much better, and religious viewpoints have a way of shaping an individual immensely. This would be very a enjoyable conversation for me to listen to - your take on religion. Like I said, I absolutely understand if you don’t take this route, but it does have my vote.

I enjoyed getting to know the people behind Middle Eats, and Adam’s anecdotes and interesting bits of information here and there. I am...Read full review »
