“Hey Adam! I’m coming over from the YouTube channel. Speaking of YouTube, I would personally recommend making a second channel to post podcasts on. If you don’t want to do that, though, I understand, and I would personally prefer if you kept uploading the podcast w/ video to YouTube.
On the topic of the camera “failure,” I didn’t even notice it on the first watch through of that video, but going back and looking at it, it’s just another thing I absolutely love about your videos. They feel very.. real i guess? Just one guy making absolutely awesome videos, and that’s something I really enjoy and respect.
Commenting on the Personality Subject and Moment aspect, I can tell you that the personality and moment are enough for me to follow over despite the subject.
I really liked the interview(?), but I also really liked the stuff that wasn’t about cooking. I love to see some variety!
I know this is mostly very specific to the one episode you’ve put out so far, but I’ll leave a more general review over the entire podcast after there’s a more clear style and/or structure.
