How do you balance exercise and enjoying hearty food?
Per the question: Adam, you often mention that you are on a constant balance between eating the things you love while also watching weight and striving for athletic goals. How do you tackle this mental balance day to day? What is your thought process when you’ve gone on a run and come back and look at that piece of pizza and say “oh, I really shouldn’t”? Something that I have been thinking a lot about on my body recomp journey and I wanted to hear your thoughts. Adam Ragusea has made me so much more confident in the kitchen, and I am very thankful for a voice like his in the YouTube cooking world. It’s so much more than making food - it’s about the experience in the home kitchen and the reasons for doing a certain thing. I love the way he balances different points of view and gives context to every piece of information he transmits in his content. Thank you adam for your intellectual and honest approach to all the things you do! Dan

I enjoy Adam’s videos so I was happy to see he started a podcast. It has the same fun, thoughtful vibe as the videos. Really promising so far, looking forward to more episodes. I enjoy the history deep dives on the show, hoping he will do similar episodes to those, maybe with longer interviews.
