I loved your Youtube videos not only for the food, but also for YOU. The way you explain and talk about the subjects is really what I like watching/listening in content creators. Now I have that, for 40+ minutes. Here’s my question (if ur still answering): I know you generally don’t like using scales in the kitchen, but I was wondering if that is still the same when you make coffee. Thanks!
