I’ve always been fascinated by how dialects and accents evolve, and I feel like theses gotta be a cuisine specific versions of that happening all over the place. For example, korbáče are a Slovak braided snacking cheese that are pretty ubiquitous throughout this one specific region, but I’ve never seen them exported or produced elsewhere. I image this would be difficult to research, but there might be something there?”
